Once you make a reservation by phone or email, we will forward a reservation confirmation form and rental agreement to you. You must complete and sign these forms and return them to us, along with your initial payment to confirm your reservation. Upon receiving payment in full, we will e-mail you travel directions and access information for the vacation home.


Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and by check. If paying by credit card, you must complete the credit card authorization section of the reservation confirmation and 50% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card. If not paying by credit card, a down payment of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before your reservation date.

Security Deposit

Guests have the option to complete the credit card authorization form in lieu of paying a security deposit. Your credit card will be charged for any damage, theft, extra cleaning, parties, exceeding occupancy limits, and any other mentioned policies in the Rental Agreement. If paying by check or PayPal, you must mail us a separate check for the $500 refundable security deposit. This check will remain uncashed and returned to you upon your departure.


Cancellations received less than 60 days before check-in will not be refunded unless we able to re-rent the property for the same dates reserved. All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Cleaning Fee

Your cleaning fee is intended for cleaning of the home and linens upon your departure and preparing it for the next guests' arrival. There are instructions at the rental home detailing your responsibilities before your departure.

Quiet Hours

They are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. in all residential areas and all guests are expected to comply. Complaints from neighbors of parties or excessive noise may be cause for immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of the tenant's entire security deposit.


No pets are permitted in the home or on the premises unless you have reserved a home that lists "Pets Allowed" in the individual property description page. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets.


Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Early arrivals and late departure requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
